Our room was very comfortable and cozy, with a beautiful view. We also enjoyed the onsen, both the private and public ones. The location was great, as it was walking distance to the ski resort and they provided a shuttle service to the train station.
The staff provided conflicting information about the price of the food, which was not of the highest quality. the shuttle service felt confusing at first, but we eventually figured it out.

The view was stunning, and the hot springs were amazing! the staff was accommodating and made sure our needs were met. the skiing conditions surrounding the hotel were great and made for a perfect romantic escape.
The WiFi was nowhere to be found, and getting around was a hassle without it. Plus, the food was not great, and the pricing was unclear.

We had a unique stay at this hotel, with a comfy room, amazing onsen, and a beautiful view. the buffet was varied and interesting, although the food quality wasn't fantastic. the hotel provided a shuttle service for easy transportation. the staff, especially Yumiko, were accommodating and fluent in English. There was a private onsen and a public one, perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. We loved the value for money and would definitely recommend it to friends.
Some people might find the lack of wifi in the room inconvenient.
